How to use PNG to PDF
PNG to PDF combines screenshots, diagrams, charts and graphics into one PDF without losing any sharpness.
- Add your .png images.
- Put them in order, then choose the page size, margins and fit.
- Create the PDF and download it.
Good to know
- PNG is lossless, and the PDF keeps it that way: small text in a screenshot stays as crisp as the original.
- Transparent areas stay transparent in the PDF, so a logo or icon shows whatever is behind it rather than a white box.
- Screenshots are often wider than a page. "Auto" orientation turns those pages landscape; "Fit image" makes each page exactly the size of the screenshot.
- For photos, JPEG to PDF usually makes a much smaller file.

Questions about PNG to PDF
- Is PNG to PDF free?
