Acceptable use

Use Papermint only with documents you have the right to process. In particular, the Unlock tool may only be used on documents you own or are authorised to modify — it requires the correct password and never bypasses protection.

Your content

You keep all rights to your documents. We only process them to deliver the result you requested and delete them on the schedule described in the privacy page.

Service quality

Conversions between different formats are best-effort approximations; each tool describes its limitations before you run it. Free-plan limits and premium entitlements are enforced server-side.

Subscriptions, cancelling and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing, in a couple of clicks; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Because you can cancel at any time and keep what you have paid for, we do not give refunds for change of mind, for a period you did not use, or for part of a period.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that apply to you. If Papermint has a major failure, or doesn't do what we said it would, you are entitled to a remedy, which can include a refund. To ask about one, use the Contact page.

Liability

Papermint is provided as-is. Always keep your original files — processing never modifies the file on your device.
